Reichsburg at Cochem on the Moselle river

In a 40 x 30 cm antique frame, a heavily-worked rendition in oil paints of Reichsburg castle, overlooking Cochem on the german Mosel river.

The artist, 200 years after the passage of JMW Turner here, also followed the river through France, Luxembourg and Germany up to its confluence with the Rhine at Koblenz, in 2024.
